MAYCO Stoneware Clear Glaze - SW-004 Zinc Free Clear - 無鋅亮面透明釉 (16oz)

Cone 6 oxidation: Zinc Free Clear is a specialty clear glaze designed for use on glazes containing chrome-based pigments. It ensures that you will get a brilliant, smooth and crystal clear surface over these colors.

TIP: If applied too thick, fired finish may become cloudy. 

*Carbon trapping and a milky haze may develop at cone 9/10

*Recommend to apply 2-3 coats. Actual results will vary depending on various circumstances and firing atmosphere, so thorough testing is recommended before production.

*It is recommended to use SW-004 Zinc Free Clear for underglaze. 

*Firing range: Cone 5 - Cone 10 (1186°C - 1285°C)

*Our SW-004 has been repackaged for better storage (See Image 2). There is no dilution or processing, and the firing effect is the same.
