Return Policy

Customers may request a return within seven days of receiving the product. The item must be unopened, undamaged, and not part of a large quantity or malicious return/exchange in order to be eligible for a refund.

To initiate a return, please contact us and provide your order number, the product code(s) of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return.

In general, customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product and must send the item(s) to our warehouse address. Once the returned product has been inspected and confirmed to meet our requirements, a full refund will be issued. Thank you for your understanding.
