Cone 5 = 1186°C (at 60°C/hour for the final 100°C of firing) / 2167°F ( at 108°F/hour in the final 200°F of firing)

Cone 6 = 1222°C (at 60°C/hour for the final 100°C of firing) / 2232°F ( at 108°F/hour in the final 200°F of firing)

陶工精选系列设计的理念是将由製陶工匠精挑细选的色釉改良并量产化，令每位陶艺爱好者甚至初学者也可简易地烧製专业级别。釉色系列内合共50多款釉色，经AMACO重新调配釉方后，统一了建议烧製温度是Cone 5/6 (1186-1203°C)，然而每款色釉均可容许用家将其烧至Cone 10 (1285°C)。随着烧温上升，色釉的烧成效果也会有别。

除此之外，本系列最备受赞赏的就是将两款色釉重叠施釉，即可烧製成全新的色款，例如将PC45在作品上施釉数层、待乾，再使用PC12施釉数层于PC45之上，经烧製后釉色与PC45及PC12完全不同，变化出独一无二的新色款，令每件作品增加了无限的可塑性！
