AMACO Velvet Underglaze - V-390 Bright Orange - 亮橙釉下彩

Bright Orange Velvet Underglaze is a tangerine color that is neon at cone 05, darkens slightly at cone 5 and becomes a deep pumpkin at cone 10. A clear glaze accentuates the underglaze significantly at any temperature.

For Bright Orange Velvet Underglaze, we recommend using Zinc Clear. HF-9 Zinc-Free Clear is recommended for use with underglazes to reduce the incidence of color shift. Most underglazes, stains, and coloring oxides will show their best color with Zinc-Free Clear. 

Due to variations in raw materials used during manufacturing, we recommend firing glazed test tiles before using each new batch number of glaze.

*Our 2oz version of Velvet UG has been repackaged for better usage. There is no dilution or processing, and the firing effect is the same.
